City Island 5 Review
City Island 5 plays fully offline on PC, so a missing connection does not stop the building. You start as mayor of a small village on one island. Quests pay out treasure chests, and an airship opens new islands, each with its own theme. Visiting other players' cities is possible when you are online. Pacing leans on collecting money for buildings, which makes for slow stretches. Keep a few quests running at once so something is always close to finishing.
