Metalstorm: Modern Air Combat Review
Metalstorm needs an online connection, since every match is a real-time 5v5 against other players. Modes include Team Deathmatch, Air Superiority and Elimination, each lasting about six minutes. Five class roles split the 42 jets, from the A-10 Thunderbolt tank to the Rafale support craft, and upgrades run to 20 levels. There is no solo mode, so progress comes only from ranked team play.
How To Play?
Join a 5v5 match in Team Deathmatch, Air Superiority or Elimination
Fly a role-fitted jet such as the A-10 Thunderbolt for close-range damage
Lock missiles from the F-14 Tomcat to control the airspace
Upgrade speed, durability and guns across 20 levels
