DARK SOULS II: Scholar of the First Sin Review
A veteran steps into a spot once safe, and a newly placed enemy is waiting there. Enemy placement across the world has been overhauled, so old memories of DARK SOULS II stop being reliable. Online sessions now hold up to 6 players on PS4, with a special item to regulate souls from battle for steadier matchmaking. Visuals run at 60fps and 1080p. Newcomers get no easier path.
How To Play?
Scout each area, since enemy positions have changed
Fight carefully, because former safe zones are now dangerous
Join online sessions of up to 6 players
Use the soul-regulating item to match with similar players
