Before kickoff, you set a formation, choose the players and fix the tactics. Then computer control plays the match out on its own, with 3D animations and stadium commentary. Real-time matches against rivals worldwide are optional, and the new Elevens Match puts your best card in a team of eleven users. Cards cover national sides such as Argentina, France and Belgium, plus clubs like FC BARCELONA. Matches cannot be played by hand, so skill lies in squad building. Managers who prefer lineups to thumbsticks will like it.
