Kingdoms and Castles Review
A viking longship lands near the edge of town, so the player rushes to raise a tall archer tower, since tower height sets weapon range. Castles are built from blocks placed anywhere, and towers and walls form from how those blocks are stacked. Behind that sit taxes, winter food supplies, plague, churches and taverns, all feeding peasant happiness. Wood cutters can clear forests or manage them. The game is single player only, and there is no multiplayer mode on PS5 or Xbox. It rewards careful town planning.
How To Play?
Lay out houses to raise peasant happiness and draw new residents
Stack castle blocks into walls and towers to hold off raiders
Send wood cutters and quarries out to gather building materials
Stock food before winter and build churches to hold off despair
Build a town square to throw festivals for your people
