Review
Every match is a 2-on-2 team fight, so the game rewards a pairing of players who coordinate with a partner over solo roaming. It suits anyone who wants a cut-down way into the arcade port, with 185 playable mobile suits and a short list of modes: Branch Battle solo, Casual Match online and Free Battle. Online lobbies hold up to 4 players, and matching is limited to other Starter Edition owners unless the network option is changed. Customization and the soundtrack are trimmed from the full release, and the save data cannot be shared with it.
How To Play?
Learn the basic controls in the solo Branch Battle mode
Team up with a partner for a 2-on-2 Casual Match online
Try different mobile suits from the 185 in Free Battle
Change the network setting to match with full edition owners
