Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution Review
The main limitation is scope: the 4-player Battle Mode is local only, so it needs people in the same room. Still, the campaign has its own hook. Shantae whips her hair, belly-dances into six transformations such as a monkey, elephant and crab, and fights bosses. Swapping between Front Yard and Back Yard playfields opens new routes and solves puzzles. It is a good start for anyone who wants a platformer built on map-shifting.
