Each customer at the counter gets up to 5 questions, an ID check and a computer lookup, because some are doppelgangers that return later to attack. That turns routine stocking, deliveries and cleaning into a screening job with a nightly quota. Shifts are randomly generated, so no two nights match. Online co-op with proximity chat and cross-platform play on Xbox Series X|S and PC suits groups, though solo play loses the shared planning.
