South of Midnight Review
South of Midnight is single player only, and it is included with Game Pass on Xbox Series X|S and PC. Hazel, a newly awakened Weaver, casts weaving magic to fight destructive Haints and to restore creatures consumed by old traumas. Play moves through the decayed Southern Gothic county of Prospero. The story deals with family and loss, so the tone is dark. Save a long evening for it, since the tale rewards steady attention.
