Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions Review
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions puts you on the pitch in action soccer built around the anime's famous super plays. Two story modes set it apart: Episode: Tsubasa retells events from the series, while Episode: New Hero follows an original character in the same world. Up to four players can meet online on PS4, and PS Plus Extra includes the game. Matches lean on exaggerated special moves instead of strict simulation, so realistic play is not the aim. It suits viewers of the anime who want its drama in playable form.
