Your steps in the real world move the hero across a Dragon Quest map, and nearby monsters appear to be tapped and fought. Healing spots restore HP and MP along the route. Defeated monsters can drop hearts, which you equip to strengthen your party, and a Walk Mode fights and heals automatically while you travel. Mega Monster fights call for other players. Progress depends on actually moving around, so it suits regular walkers.
