DayZ Review
Death in DayZ is permanent: there are no checkpoints or saves, so every loss means starting over with nothing. The reasons to keep going are the two maps, Chernarus at 230 km2 and Livonia at 163 km2, plus hunting, crafting, building and resource management. Up to 60 players share each server, so strangers may help you or rob you. It is included with Game Pass on Xbox and PC. New players should expect to die often and start with the basics of food and shelter.
