A door is stacked, a breach goes in, and the squad has seconds to sort armed suspects from civilians who must be arrested without a shot. Ready or Not builds missions in Los Sueños around that moment. Rounds pass through walls, furniture and bodies, and the team is chosen and equipped before each deployment. Up to five players can join online on PS5, Xbox Series X|S or PC, with crossplay. Hostage and teammate losses weaken surviving officers, so reckless entries carry lasting costs.
