THE FOREST Review
Solo survival in THE FOREST is lonely and exposed, since the crash leaves one survivor against a hostile clan in the trees. Still, the building tools are broad: chop any tree, raise a shelter or a seaside fortress, and lay traps around it. Days go to exploring and scavenging, nights to defending, and caves run below ground. Up to four players can team up online on PS4. Combat relies on crude weapons made from sticks and stones, so stealth matters early.
